A Light Emitting Diode (LED) luminescent system with high energy conservation efficiency, comprising:
an array of LED chips mounted on a printed circuit board (PCB);
a multi-layer heat dissipation structure comprising a high-conductivity aluminum base layer, a phase change material (PCM) layer, and a finned heat sink layer to effectively manage thermal output;
optimized driver circuitry for regulating current flow to the LED chips, wherein the driver circuitry includes a smart current regulation mechanism with feedback sensors to optimize energy usage and prevent overheating;
enhanced phosphor materials configured to improve luminous efficacy and color rendering of the LED light output;
a smart current regulation mechanism integrated with feedback sensors to monitor and adjust the current supplied to the LEDs for consistent illumination quality;
