A METHOD FOR PREPARING IMMUNITY BOOSTER FORMULATION

Abstract

ABSTRACT A method (100) for preparing immunity booster formulation is disclosed. Further, the method (100) comprising mixing 500-600 gm of amla pulp, 2-5 gm of pre-biotic, 8-10 gm of fibers, 400-500 gm of sweetening agent, 4-6 gm of taste builders, and 0.001 gm of preservatives by continuous stirring and heating, at step 102. Further, adding fibers, sweetening agent and flavouring agent to the mixture, at step 104. Further, storing a pre-biotic formulation in a sterile air tight container, at step 106. Further, the formulations are analysed by using various physical test (colour and appearance), chemical test (microbial growth and pH), performance test (flavor and fragrance testing).
