ABSTRACT A LIPOSOMAL FORMULATION AND PREPARATION THEREOF The present invention discloses a liposomal formulation, a process for preparing the liposomal formulation and application thereof. The liposomal formulation effectively delivers IR780 iodide to cancer cells, enabling precise and efficient hyperthermia when activated by near-infrared (NIR) laser, leading to the targeted death of cancer cell.
