The following specification describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a formulation of dietary supplement tablets and the process for preparation thereof. Particularly this invention relates to a formulation of dietary supplement to use to fulfill the diet of a user and process for preparation thereof.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the evolving landscape of health and wellness, nutraceuticals and dietary supplements have increased attention to optimizing the physical and cognitive function of the human. Nutraceuticals and dietary supplements are available in the market to supply essential nutrients and bioactive compounds that support overall health, prevent deficiencies, and enhance various physiological processes. Despite their potential, traditional nutraceutical formulations often face significant challenges related to bioavailability and optimal nutrient delivery.
US Patent, publication no. US2013017182A1 discloses dietary micronutrient supplement formulations for daily administration to humans comprising: micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, fish and plant oils, amino acids, enzymes, herb and fruit extracts, and other natural compounds; said micronutrients incorporated into supplements for intake by different segments of the population based on age, gender, special requirements and health conditions; said supplements comprising formulas to be administered along with meals, without meals or in between meals at different times of the day; said micronutrients grouped into said formulas based on their interactions with the ingredients in the foods consumed during the meals at different times of the day; said micronutrients grouped into said formulas based on their synergism and antagonism towards each other; and said micronutrients grouped into said formulas based on their bioavailability.
US Patent, publication no. US8846061B1 discloses a formulation comprising at least 25 of the following supplemental components:
(i) bilberry extract at about 600 mg:
(ii) alpha lipoic added at about 600 mg;
(iii) chromium picolinate at about 1200 mcg;
(iv) omega-3-fatty acids at about 8 g;
(v) dehydroepiandrosterone at about 100 mg;

wherein the formulation is effective for reducing a blood sugar level.
There are disadvantages associated with conventional/traditional dietary supplements in that conventional supplements do not provide a complete diet.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a formulation of dietary supplements and process for the preparation thereof which obviates the disadvantages associated with the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a formulation of dietary supplement and process for preparation thereof in which melatonin, inositol, and B vitamins (B6, B12, and folic acid) work together to enhance neurotransmitter function, regulating mood and promoting deep sleep. Melatonin ensures sleep onset, while inositol and B vitamins support mental calmness and reduce stress.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a formulation of dietary supplements and a process for preparation thereof in which Vitamins C, D, and K, along with calcium and magnesium, work synergistically to support the body's repair processes, particularly in bones, muscles, and connective tissues. Calcium ascorbate and tocopherol (Vitamin E) provide antioxidant protection, while selenium and zinc enhance immune function.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a formulation of dietary supplement and process for preparation thereof in which the combined action of lutein, Vitamin E, grape seed extract, and lutein ensures protection against oxidative stress, especially for the heart and eyes, promoting cardiovascular and visual health.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a formulation of dietary supplements and a process for preparation thereof in which micronutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and boron work synergistically to promote bone density
and muscle relaxation, to prevent cramping or stiffness during sleep, promoting a restful and restorative night.
Further, an object of the present invention is to provide a formulation of dietary supplement and process for preparation thereof in which synergistic effects of boron, magnesium, and selenium support hormonal balance, enhancing night-time recovery and cellular repair to ensure that the body wakes up rejuvenated and ready for activity in the morning.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, there is provided a formulation of dietary supplement tablet to use in the morning comprising 500 - 520 mcg Retinyl Acetate, 60 - 70 mg Calcium-L-Ascorbate, 5 - 15 mcg Cholecalciferol, 5 - 12 mg D-Alpha-Toco-Pherol, 1 - 2 mg Thiamine Hydrochloride, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Riboflavin, 5 - 13 mg Nicotinamide, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 180 - 220 mcg N-Pteroyl-L-Glutamic Acid, 1.5 - 3.0 mcg Cyanocobalamin, 30 - 50 mcg Biotin, 3 - 8 mg Calcium D-Pantothenate, 30 - 50 mg choline bitartrate, 30 - 260 mg calciumcarbonate, 30 - 50 mcg Sodium Selenite, 1 - 5 mcg Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, 40 - 60 mcg Chromium (III) chloride, 40 - 60 mg Potassium Chloride, 60 - 80 mg Bioflavonoids Extract, 5 - 60 mg Inositol, 180 - 220 mg Curcuma Longa (Rhizome Powder), 60 - 90 mg Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis), 40 - 60 mg Grape Seed Extract, 3 - 8 mg Lycopene.
Yet according to the present invention, there is provided a formulation of dietary supplement tablet to use in the evening comprising 500 - 520 mcg of Retinyl Acetate, 60 - 70 mg of Calcium-L-Ascorbate, 5 - 15 mcg of Cholecalciferol, 5 - 12 mg D-Alpha-Toco-Pherol, 5 - 13 mg Nicotinamide, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 180 - 220 mcg N-Pteroyl-L-Glutamic Acid, 1.5 - 3.0 mcg Cyanocobalamin, 30 - 50 mcg Biotin, 3 - 8 mg Calcium D-Pantothenate, 5 - 45 mg choline bitartrate, 30 - 260 mg calcium carbonate, 30 - 50 mcg Sodium Selenite, 30 - 50 mg Magnesium Oxide, 5 - 60 mg Inositol, 50 - 70 mg Docosa Hexaenoic Acid, 80 - 100 mg Eicosa Pentaenoic Acid, 5 - 15 mg Zinc Oxide, 0.5 - 2 mg Cupric Sulphate, 40 - 50 mcg Sodium Molybdate, 0.5 - 2 mg Boron Protainate, 250 - 350 mcg Lutein, 3 - 7 mg Melatonin.
Yet according to the present invention, there is provided a process for preparation of formulation of dietary supplement tablet comprising taking 500 - 520 mcg Retinyl Acetate, 60 - 70 mg Calcium-L-Ascorbate, 5 - 15 mcg Cholecalciferol, 5 - 12 mg D-Alpha-Toco-Pherol, 1 - 2 mg Thiamine Hydrochloride, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Riboflavin, 5 - 13 mg Nicotinamide, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 180 - 220 mcg N-Pteroyl-L-Glutamic Acid, 1.5 - 3.0 mcg Cyanocobalamin, 30 - 50 mcg Biotin, 3 - 8 mg Calcium D-Pantothenate, 30 - 50 mg choline bitartrate, 30 - 260 mg calciumcarbonate, 30 - 50 mcg Sodium Selenite, 1 - 5 mcg Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, 40 - 60 mcg Chromium (III) chloride, 40 - 60 mg Potassium Chloride, 60 - 80 mg Bioflavonoids Extract, 5 - 60 mg Inositol, 180 - 220 mg Curcuma Longa (Rhizome Powder), 60 - 90 mg Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis), 40 - 60 mg Grape Seed Extract, 3 - 8 mg Lycopene and sieving the same with the help of 38 - 42 size mesh; milling the mixture and sieving the same with the help of 18 - 22 size mesh; adding binders/lubricants into the mixture, blending the same with the help of a blender for 25 - 35 minutes, then adding Magnesium Stearate and blending the same for 2 - 5 minutes, at 10 - 20 RPM; filing the blended mixture in a tablet die and comprsed the same to obtain the dietary supplement tablet.

A formulation of dietary supplement tablets and the process for preparation thereof is herein described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary and should not be treated as a limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification, the word "comprise" or variations such as "comprises or comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers, or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.

The formulation of dietary supplement tablet further comprises Microcrystalline Cellulose Powder, Purified talc, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Pyrogenic silica and/or Magnesium Stearate, etc., is used for binder/lubrication.
In one embodiment, 40 - 60 mg Microcrystalline Cellulose Powder, 3 - 8 mg Purified Talc, 15 - 25 mg Sodium Starch Glycolate, 3 - 8 mg colloidal silicon dioxide, and 3 - 8 mg Magnesium Stearate, are used for binder/lubrication.
A process for preparation of formulation of dietary supplement tablet to use in the morning comprises as following process steps. 500 - 520 mcg Retinyl Acetate, 60 - 70 mg Calcium-L-Ascorbate, 5 - 15 mcg Cholecalciferol, 5 - 12 mg D-Alpha-Toco-Pherol, 1 - 2 mg Thiamine Hydrochloride, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Riboflavin, 5 - 13 mg Nicotinamide, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 180 - 220 mcg N-Pteroyl-L-Glutamic Acid, 1.5 - 3.0 mcg Cyanocobalamin, 30 - 50 mcg Biotin, 3 - 8 mg Calcium D-Pantothenate, 30 - 50 mg choline bitartrate, 30 - 260 mg calcium carbonate, 30 - 50 mcg Sodium Selenite, 1 - 5 mcg Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, 40 - 60 mcg Chromium (III) chloride, 40 - 60 mg Potassium Chloride, 60 - 80 mg Bioflavonoids Extract, 5 - 60 mg Inositol, 180 - 220 mg Curcuma Longa (Rhizome Powder), 60 - 90 mg Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis), 40 - 60 mg Grape Seed Extract, 3 - 8 mg Lycopene are taken. The mixture is sieved with the help of 38 - 42 size mesh. The mixture is milled with the help of a miller and again sieved the same with the help of 18 - 22 size mesh. Microcrystalline Cellulose Powder, Purified Talc, Sodium Starch Glycolate, and colloidal silicon dioxide, are added to the mixture. Then the mixture is blended with the help of a blender for 25 - 35 minutes at 10 - 20 RPM. Subsequently, Magnesium Stearate is added and blended the same for 2 - 5 minutes at 10 - 20 RPM. The blended mixture is filled in a tablet die and compressed the same to obtain the dietary supplement tablet.
The process for preparation of formulation of dietary supplement tablet to use in the evening, other embodiment, comprises as following process steps. 500 - 520 mcg Retinyl Acetate, 60 - 70 mg Calcium-L-Ascorbate, 5 - 15 mcg Cholecalciferol, 5 - 12 mg D-Alpha-Toco-Pherol, 5 - 13 mg Nicotinamide, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 180 - 220 mcg N-Pteroyl-L-Glutamic Acid, 1.5 - 3.0 mcg Cyanocobalamin, 30 - 50 mcg Biotin, 3 - 8 mg Calcium D-Pantothenate, 5 - 45 mg choline bitartrate, 30 - 260 mg calcium carbonate, 30 - 50 mcg Sodium Selenite, 30 - 50 mg Magnesium Oxide, 5 - 60 mg Inositol, 50 - 70 mg Docosa Hexaenoic Acid, 80 - 100 mg Eicosa Pentaenoic Acid, 5 - 15 mg Zinc Oxide, 0.5 - 2 mg Cupric Sulphate, 40 - 50 mcg Sodium Molybdate, 0.5 - 2 mg Boron Protainate, 250 - 350 mcg Lutein, 3 - 7 mg Melatonin are taken. Then the mixture is blended with the help of a blender for 25 - 35 minutes at 10 - 20 RPM. Subsequently, Magnesium Stearate is added and blended the same for 2 - 5 minutes at 10 - 20 RPM. The blended mixture is filled in a tablet die and compressed the same to obtain the dietary supplement tablet.

A formulation of dietary supplement tablet to use in evening comprising 500 - 520 mcg Retinyl Acetate, 60 - 70 mg Calcium-L-Ascorbate, 5 - 15 mcg Cholecalciferol, 5 - 12 mg D-Alpha-Toco-Pherol, 5 - 13 mg Nicotinamide, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 180 - 220 mcg N-Pteroyl-L-Glutamic Acid, 1.5 - 3.0 mcg Cyanocobalamin, 30 - 50 mcg Biotin, 3 - 8 mg Calcium D-Pantothenate, 5 - 45 mg choline bitartrate, 30 - 260 mg calcium carbonate, 30 - 50 mcg Sodium Selenite, 30 - 50 mg Magnesium Oxide, 5 - 60 mg Inositol, 50 - 70 mg Docosa Hexaenoic Acid, 80 - 100 mg Eicosa Pentaenoic Acid, 5 - 15 mg Zinc Oxide, 0.5 - 2 mg Cupric Sulphate, 40 - 50 mcg Sodium Molybdate, 0.5 - 2 mg Boron Protainate, 250 - 350 mcg Lutein, 3 - 7 mg Melatonin.
3. The formulation of dietary supplement tablet as claimed in claims 1 & 2, further comprises Microcrystalline Cellulose Powder, Purified talc, Sodium Starch Glycolate, colloidal silicon dioxide, and/or Magnesium Stearate, which is used for binder/lubrication.
4. A process for preparation of formulation of dietary supplement tablets comprising
I. taking 500 - 520 mcg Retinyl Acetate, 60 - 70 mg Calcium-L-Ascorbate, 5 - 15 mcg Cholecalciferol, 5 - 12 mg D-Alpha-Toco-Pherol, 1 - 2 mg Thiamine Hydrochloride, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Riboflavin, 5 - 13 mg Nicotinamide, 1.5 - 2.5 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 180 - 220 mcg N-Pteroyl-L-Glutamic Acid, 1.5 - 3.0 mcg Cyanocobalamin, 30 - 50 mcg Biotin, 3 - 8 mg Calcium D-Pantothenate, 30 - 50 mg choline bitartrate, 30 - 260 mg calcium carbonate, 30 - 50 mcg Sodium Selenite, 1 - 5 mcg Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, 40 - 60 mcg Chromium (III) chloride, 40 - 60 mg Potassium Chloride, 60 - 80 mg Bioflavonoids Extract, 5 - 60 mg Inositol, 180 - 220 mg Curcuma Longa (Rhizome Powder), 60 - 90 mg Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis), 40 - 60 mg Grape Seed Extract, 3 - 8 mg Lycopene and sieving the same with the help of 38 - 42 size mesh;
II. milling the mixture and sieving the same with the help of 18 - 22 size mesh;
III. adding binder/lubrication into the mixture, blending the same with the help of a blender for 25 - 35 minutes, then adding Magnesium Stearate and blending the same for 2 - 5 minutes, at 10 - 20 RPM; and
IV. filing the blended mixture in a die and compressing the same to obtain the dietary supplement tablet.
