Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of dust extraction mats. In particular, it relates to a foot dust remover system facilitating dust and dirt removal and the method thereof.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present disclosure. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed disclosure, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Floor mats are a popular household accessory that welcomes guests and keeps dirt out of the house. Currently, the normal practice is to set a doormat on the entryway, and the user before entering the room, the user rub the sole of the foot on the doormat to remove dust and keep dirt out of the room. The rubbing of the sole of the foot on the doormat leaves the dust on the floor mat which is clearly difficult to clean. Researchers now focus on developing floor mats with effortless cleaning. centres on the use of machines to peel vegetables since hand peeling is too inefficient. One of the existing Chinese patent publications CN211213040U, entitled "Semi-surrounding household dust-proof foot pad", discloses a semi-enclosed household entrance dust-proof foot pad which prevents dust and sandstones brought into the house from scattering everywhere outside the sole. Another existing Chinese patent publication, CN106180032B, entitled "A kind of automobile bottom pads high effect dust cleaner", discloses a dust-removing device for an automobile bottom pad performing dust removal of a passenger shoe body.
[0004] However, the existing systems that are now available in the market are limited to relatively small and manageable dust collection tasks. Also, the use of the existing systems is limited by its reliance on proper installation and adjustment for effective operation. The dust accumulation on the said systems requires regular maintenance for the correct functioning of all components. The complex mechanics of the existing systems make them expensive to produce and maintain, and unsuitable for regular usage. Also, the said systems are bulky, and not easily portable, making them unsuitable for diverse environments. Traditional methods of cleaning feet, such as wiping or washing, are time-consuming, inconvenient, and often ineffective in removing fine dust particles. Also, many existing dust removal methods can cause dust to disperse back into the environment, contributing to indoor air pollution and allergen spread. Hence, there exists a need for a dust-removing mat system which can provide a quick and efficient way to clean feet, by saving time and effort and is employable in both residential and industrial settings.
OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
[0005] Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein satisfies are as listed herein below.
[0006] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a foot dust remover system facilitating dust and dirt removal and method thereof.
[0007] It is another object of the present disclosure relates to a foot dust remover system and method which effectively removes dust and dirt from the feet and lower legs of the users standing on a mat featuring strategically placed holes by employing a suction unit.
[0008] It is another object of the present disclosure that relates to a foot dust remover system and method which employs a filtration system to clean the air passing through the suction unit and is expelled out to the environment to maintain air quality and system efficiency.
[0009] It is another object of the present disclosure that relates to a foot dust remover system and method which employs a dust collector to trap the dust particles, preventing them from dispersing back into the environment.
